Started by two friends (Japanese + Vietnamese-American), we serve up low-calorie konjac noodle dishes and bold, vegan drinks like Yuzu(r) Imagination and Matcha Man.
Beyond food, we host tarot nights, open mics, and podcast sessions—because this isn’t just a truck, it’s a vibe.
